Lloyd Gibbs has been a hands-on contractor since 1971, remodeling and repairing thousands of homes and buildings in Clark County. He has held dual State of Nevada Contractors Board licenses in plumbing, carpentry.
Lloyd’s current credentials include State of Nevada Certified Inspector of Structures #980-GEN. The GENERAL certification is an advanced level of IOS by the State of Nevada, requiring additional experience and testing beyond the entry level status of Residential.
In addition, Lloyd is a State of Nevada Approved Instructor. He is approved to teach pre-licensing and continuing education home inspection courses.
As head of his own business for over 30 years, Lloyd has enjoyed a level of trust and respect matched by few. He and his compnay, Gibbs, Incorporated Contractors, has a long “in good standing” history at the State of Nevada Contractors Board. This reputation follows him as head of Lookin’ Good, Inc. This valuable experience, licensing and certification give Lloyd the foundation to provide you with an inspection report on which you can rely.
In addition, Lloyd holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University at Pomona and he has lived in Las Vegas since 1962.
Lloyd and his wife, Sunny, take an active interest in the Las Vegas community. In the past, they completed a four year Adopt-A-Highway commitment.
They also completed committment to a Southern Nevada Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure event.
Lookin’ Good Inspections is a proud supporter of the Nevada Society of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. We will donate up to $1000 a year, the sum of $3.00 of every inspection fee to the NSPCA. Every dime stays right here in Las Vegas helping to support the “no-kill” shelter on 4800 W. Dewey Avenue.
